The 25th Anniversary Tour marks a continuation of the band's return since reuniting in 2011. The current lineup consists of the four original members: Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa, and Lee Ryan.

Band history and highlights

Early success (2001–2005): Blue gained fame with the debut single "All Rise" in 2001, which reached number four on the UK charts. They released number-one albums like One Love and Guilty.

Notable collaborations: The band is known for duets, including a cover of "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word" with Elton John and a version of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" with Stevie Wonder.

Initial split and solo projects: After releasing a greatest hits album in 2004, the band went on hiatus in 2005 to pursue solo careers. Members branched out into acting, music, and reality TV.

Reunion and Eurovision (2011): Blue reunited in 2011 to represent the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "I Can," finishing 11th.

The Big Reunion (2013): The group joined the TV series The Big Reunion, which led to a successful 12-date UK tour with other acts from the 2000s.

Recent years: The band has continued to tour and release new music. The sixth studio album, Heart & Soul, was released in October 2022, and they completed a successful Greatest Hits tour in 2024.

Career achievements

Record sales: Blue has sold over 15 million records worldwide.

Awards: The band won several accolades in the early 2000s, including a BRIT Award for British Breakthrough Act in 2002.

Chart success: They have had three UK number-one albums and multiple top-10 singles.

On their relationship and return

Duncan James: In 2017, James said that the band loves making music, singing, and performing together. He added that even if they are not as current as before, they can still make music and perform.

Simon Webbe: Webbe noted in 2017 that the band has matured and learned from their mistakes while in the public eye. He also stated that one quickly learns to have a thick skin because they are always being watched.

Antony Costa: Costa said in 2019 that the band rarely has full-blown arguments: "We've had one disagreement. In like 20 years".

Duncan James: James also commented on their strong friendship in a 2020 interview, stating that they have been through highs and lows together and are genuinely close, unlike many other bands.
